Admission Form

Students must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or G.E.D.  Students must complete an admissions application form to be mailed along with a $200.00 non-refundable registration fee to ensure placement in the next available class.  Prior to acceptance into the training program, a phone interview with the school director is required.  Once accepted, an enrollment form is to be completed and the registration fee will be applied to the total cost of the program.
